法國——瘋癲的學生房價


不少朋友問我在巴黎唸書的Budget 是怎樣，講起房租，昨日就看到《20 Minutes Marseille (馬賽20分鐘)》報紙頭版，報導全法的學生Studio/Appartment 的租金 OK 高企。

以馬賽為例，一個15至20平方米的Studio 月租約400至500歐；巴黎則由550至800歐不等。雖則是這樣，但我在巴黎所認識的朋友月租有不少都在800歐以上，因為外國學生比法國學生/歐盟學生更難找房子（擔保人問題），不知怎的，我們都常常租了貴房子 :(

    I was really lucky!
    I lived in Strasbourg with my roommate and our rent was 250 Euros per person + utilities.
    We were on the top floor of a 4 storeys apartment, with two floors within the flat.

    oh. but I had to pay 100 euros to share the 地产经纪费 with my roommates, and I stayed there for 5 months only. So I should say 270 Euros per month
